Logical Performance Solutions is a privately owned consultancy that develops performance solutions for the building industry. Other parts of our business carry out Residential Design, Drafting and Building Surveying, focusing on residential construction and in particular Rooming Houses, Dwelling Conversions (from class 1a to 1b) and SDA’s (Specialist Disability Accommodation). We also perform SDA assessment and certification.
Having worked across all areas of the construction industry including as domestic and commercial builders, our consultants have broad areas of expertise. Where possible we endeavor to integrate the principles of Universal Design into our projects in an effort to accommodate the needs of all.
